Not included in the all-in price:
The booking fee is not included in your rent price:
  • Booking fee
When you have booked an apartment/studio, the owner of the building requests a one-time fee of €175,- (including VAT) for administration and contract costs.

Deposit
All tenants are required to pay a deposit prior to moving in to their new accommodation. The deposit amount is €650,-. Once the tenant has moved out, provided us with a proof of deregistration from the address and left their flat completely clean and undamaged, this amount is transferred back to their account within 4 weeks after moving out.

Second person fee
If you rent a residence as a couple, the total rent per month increases by €35,- due to a higher energy consumption.
